Jamie Glass
LCSW, CSAT, CPTT, EMDR

Therapist

Jamie specializes in working with individuals who have experienced relational trauma, and as a result have developed unhealthy ways of relating to themselves and others. When relational trauma occurs by way of abuse and neglect, often unhealthy ways to cope with the pain develop. This can look like substance and alcohol abuse, toxic relationships, intimacy avoidance, sex and love addiction, and much more.

Jamie specializes in helping you address the core of the hurt, understand why you keep repeating unhealthy patterns, and build a relationship with yourself. From an attachment perspective, Jamie works collaboratively with you to better understand why you engage in destructive patterns that create problems for your relationship with yourself and with others. Jamie offers a safe and radically genuine space where you can examine your feelings, needs, and values. Jamie’s goal is to work together to help you reconnect with who you are and begin to live authentically.
